Owning beautiful records is one of life’s simplest pleasures. We buy products that we love by artists and labels that we want to shout about.

Our job is to get music to you quickly and at the best price. Our collection is by no means complete – whose record collection ever is? If there is something you want, let us know – we’ll do our best to track it down.

So here’s to the bedroom geniuses, the industry darlings, the new band in the van, the singers in the spotlight, the label owners and their credit card bills, the b-sides and the playlist hits, the miles between shows and the time you dropped an amp on your foot.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship promptly, usually same day (Monday – Friday). Please contact us if you have any questions about your order by email info@independentmusic.com or telephone +44 (0) 2871 363990 (Monday – Friday | 9AM – 5PM).

Packaging

We take great care when packing your order, using strong packaging ensuring that your goods arrive in pristine condition.

Shipping Costs

We ship all orders using UK Royal Mail. Costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on weight and dimensions of your package(s).

Damaged Items

Occasionally goods can be damaged in the post. Should this happen please take a photograph of the damage as proof and contact us for a replacement.

Lost Items

Packages can get lost from time to time. Should your order not arrive contact us and we issue a replacement. For large order values we will contact you and suggest additional postal insurance.

Returns & Cancellations

We will endeavor to accept all returns. You have 14 days from receipt of order to return any goods to us. We cannot accept unwanted items that have been opened. Please ensure that you pack your return securely (we cannot accept returns that have been poorly packaged). Please get proof of postage. For UK orders please ship to us via second class mail and we will refund the postage costs. For International Orders please contact us before shipping your returns.
